Gilbert Fine Art & Wine Festival
WHEN: December 1st, 2nd & 3rd, 2017
HOURS: 10am to 5pm Daily
WHERE: Gilbert Civic Center – 90 East Civic Center Drive
ADMISSION: $3.00 for adults, all three days
PARKING: Free
WHO: Presenting nationally acclaimed, worldârenowned and emerging, independent artists showcasing original artwork. Paintings in all mediums, western and contemporary bronzes, gleaming glass sculptures, elegant wood, stone, metal, copper and clay sculptures, fine pottery, breathtaking photography, beautiful jewelry and much more!
FEATURED ARTIST: Scratchboard artist, Paul Hopman. Paul specializes in meticulously drawing a variety of animals, from exotic to domestic and has been widely commissioned for not only his amazing illustrations of wild animals, but alsoendearing pet portraits.
ENTERTAINMENT: Enjoy live musical entertainment featuring contemporary jazz group, ‘After Glow’. ‘After Glow’enjoys performing music audiences can move and groove to and is a favorite for all ages.
WINE TASTING: Participating wineries will each have their own selection of red, white and blush wines, from aroundthe world, available for tasting, in addition to Rum cocktails, courtesy of Desert Diamond Distillery. There is a fee of $10, which includes an engraved souvenir wine glass and six tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets can be purchased for $1.
LOCAL CHARITY: Thunderbird Artists partners with a local non-profit for each of our events and we are proud to beinvolved with the Gilbert Fire Department for this inaugural event. The fire department will receive 25% of all wine ticketrevenue. A fire truck will also be on site for children to tour and learn about fire safety.
