Enjoy Outdoor Activities at Adobe Dam Park The Adobe Dam Regional Park is part of the Maricopa County Parks and offers good facilities for camping getaways in Arizona. Maricopa County is home to one of the biggest regional park systems in the nation with over 120,000 acres of open area parks that include many miles of trails, campgrounds, nature centers and the Desert outdoor Environmental Learning Center at Lake Pleasant.
Sitting at the base of the Hedgepeth Hills in north Phoenix, this 1,526-acre park offers recreation opportunity to participate in activities that require ample space. The land is used by many clubs and establishments. The park is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. No entry after 10 p.m.
