Help Restore and Maintain The Historical Integrity Of the La Pilita By Visiting Their Museum
The La Pilita Museum is aiming to restore and maintain the historical integrity of the La Pilita site. They are extending their effort in order to develop it as a center for research and learning of regional history. This place will serve as an extended classroom for the students of the Tucson community and the neighborhood which will provide a deeper understanding of early Tucson. Annually, this museum is organizing a fund raising event twice which will be held every October.
This museum operates from September until April. They are only open Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The museum is closed during the summer. There are already events scheduled for the Fall so better check their website to see the events up for this Fall. Visit their website now.
