The Mohave Museum of History and Arts is a museum that is dedicated to the preservation of the heritage of Northwestern Arizona and the presentation of its history to the public. Northwest Arizona is a land of the pine forested mountains, the deep canyons, the fertile river valleys, and the high cactus covered deserts. It has a rich variety of minerals, gold, turquoise, silver, copper, molybdenum and other gemstones. You will be able to understand the history of the place in this museum!
The museum is open from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. During Saturdays they are only open from 1:00PM until 5:00 PM. They are close on Sundays and major holidays. For more information about the museum, visit their website now!
