The sculpture is almost lifelike with its fine detailing and superb action freeze-frame that portrays perfectly the distinctive portion of the American legacy.Passing the Legacy was created by Herb Mignery who is a noted western artist and sculptor. Passing the Legacy, a vintage 1860s horse and rider represent the original Pony Express that was created to carry mail from St. Joseph, Missouri, to Sacramento, California, which is a distance of 1,960 miles.
