Roper Park Getaway
At Roper Lake camping getaway in Arizona, you think of any activity and you are bang on target. It has 30 lake surface acres and one can enjoy a boat ramp, natural stone hot tub, and a swimming beach. Other than this it has picnic tables and grills, camping cabins, and campgrounds. After a long day of driving or hiking, the natural hot springs at Roper Lake State Park are tempting and refreshing. One can enjoy desert vegetation, an accessible fishing dock, and stunning views of Mount Graham. Give your kids their first ever fishing tutorials here. Roper Lake is stocked with Largemouth bass and Rainbow trout. Small electric motors, creating ideal conditions for a sail board or a canoe. Enjoy five miles of trails in the park and nearby Dankworth Pond. This is an excellent spot for bird-watching and have a glimpse of Gamble’s quail and heron.
Reservations are available for camping cabins and select campsites. Park entrance fees for a group including 4 individuals is $7. One can rent a bicycle for $3. If one wants to enjoy life without electricity it's available for a camping fee of $15.Electric sites are available for $23 and cabin rental for $55-$65.
