Find Natural History At The Sirrine House The Sirrine House is operated by the Arizona Museum of Natural History. This museum is Mesa's only fully-restored and Victorian era historic home museum. In the year 1986, the Sirrine Historic House Museum was opened to the public. The museum was built by Joel E. Sirrine for his new bride, Ms. Caroline Simkins. This was the culmination of 6 years of the community support, in terms of both time and money. This was done in order to preserve this part of the Mesa's history.
However as of the moment the museum is only open during special funded events due to the lack of city funding for the museum. If you are interested to visit the museum, check the schedule of the events and the exhibits on their website now.
