Understand The Indigenous Cultures of the Southwest Better At The Smoki Museum The Smoki Museum aims to instill to everyone an understanding and respect for the indigenous cultures of the Southwest area. This museum in AZ's collection includes 1000 year old Artifacts, Historical Yavapai Baskets, Smoki People History, Models of Dwellings, Prescott Culture Pottery , Katsina Dolls, Kate Cory Paintings and a Hands-On Childrens Table and a lot more.
The museum's operating hours are from Monday through Saturday from 10 AM - 4 PM. During Sunday they are open 1:00 AM until 4:00 PM. The museum is open year round, although they are closed during Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, December 31 and Easter. But they are open on Labor Day from 10AM to 4PM. Admission fee is $7 for adults, $6 for the Senior Citizens, Students with ID are $5 and children under 12 are free.
