Visit The beautiful Tucson Botanical Gardens Tucson Botanical Gardens is a private non-profit organization supported by financial gain generated through admissions, memberships, store sales, special events, classes and rentals, contributions from people, companies and foundations, and grants from the city and County. Volunteers assist the employees with almost every aspect of the gardens’ operations. The entity called “Tucson botanical Gardens” was originally founded in 1964 by horticulturist and collector, Harrison G. Yocum.
This Garden and arboretum in Arizona operates from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Butterfly Magic- 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (October through April). October till April the charges range from $ 7.5- $13, while May till September it is $4-$8, and always free for members and children under 3 years.
